Cruelty-free, but its owner isn't.
PETA lists BILLIE as cruelty-free and vegan. Owned by Edgewell Personal Care (Schick, Banana Boat, Wet Ones), whose own policy says its products are tested on animals in markets where the law requires it. I couldn't find a Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International certification. That PETA listing means its whole range is free of animal-derived ingredients.
Does BILLIE test on animals?
Not itself, but its owner does. BILLIE is listed as cruelty-free, but Edgewell Personal Care tests on animals or sells where the law requires it.
