I couldn't find an animal testing policy or certification for Bio-Oil, and its FAQ pages say nothing about animal testing. It isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA. I couldn't find a vegan claim. Made by Union Swiss, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
