Does CLEARSTEM test on animals?
CLEARSTEM says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Its own site says: "At CLEARSTEM, we are proud to be cruelty-free. Our products are never tested on animals."
What that means: CLEARSTEM isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
