Cruelty-free, but its owner isn't.
PETA lists Coola as cruelty-free. Owned by SC Johnson, which took a majority stake in 2019; SC Johnson says it complies with laws that require animal testing for some products. Coola says all its products are vegan, but has no vegan certification. I couldn't find a Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International certification.
Does Coola Suncare test on animals?
Not itself, but its owner does. Coola Suncare is listed as cruelty-free, but SC Johnson tests on animals or sells where the law requires it.

These are plain search links. I earn nothing from them, and not every shop stocks every brand.
