Says it's cruelty-free. Not certified yet.
Deborah Lippmann (now branded LIPPMANN) says in its own FAQ that all its products are vegan and cruelty-free, but it isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International, and PETA says it may not be cruelty-free because it isn't on PETA's list. So this is the brand's word only.
Does Deborah Lippmann test on animals?
Deborah Lippmann says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Its own site says: "Yes, all of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and 21-free."
What that means: Deborah Lippmann isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
