Not certified either way, yet.

I couldn't find a cruelty-free claim or certification for Gisou. Its FAQ says animal testing of cosmetics is illegal and that it follows EU regulation. It isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA. Not vegan: it uses honey and propolis. Owned mainly by its founders, Negin Mirsalehi and Maurits Stibbe, with minority investment from Eurazeo.
