Says it's cruelty-free. Not certified yet.
Boots' own wellness and skincare range. Boots says it's vegan and cruelty-free. Cruelty Free International has a Boots listing, but it doesn't name Habi, and I couldn't find Habi on PETA's cruelty-free list, so its cruelty-free status isn't verified.
🔍 parent company's testing policy is also unverified
Does Habi test on animals?
Habi says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Boots, which owns it, says: "The skincare lines are vegan, cruelty free and dermatologically tested."
What that means: Habi isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
