Says it's cruelty-free. Not certified yet.
HATCH (the maternity brand) says its line is cruelty-free. An old Leaping Bunny page for HATCH Mama still shows up in searches, but it isn't on the current Leaping Bunny list, so for now it's the brand's word only. Some products are vegan.
Does HATCH Mama test on animals?
HATCH Mama says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Its own site says: "Our complete line is Non-Toxic, Plant Derived and Cruelty Free."
What that means: HATCH Mama isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
