I couldn't find an animal testing policy for LORD razor blades, and they aren't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA. LORD International Co. is based in Alexandria, Egypt, founded in 1930. I couldn't find a vegan claim either. This is the razor blade company, not another brand called Lord.
