Member's Mark is the own brand of Sam's Club, which is owned by Walmart. Sam's Club's page for one Member's Mark product (Triple Butter Body Wash) calls it a cruelty-free product, but there's no brand-wide animal testing policy, and it isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA.
