Says it's cruelty-free. Not certified yet.
Missha says it doesn't conduct animal testing, but it isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA. Its own FAQ has no information on animal testing, and older links to it are broken. Apparently it tests where required by law, but I couldn't find that stated publicly. Owned by ABLE C&C.
🔍 parent company's testing policy is also unverified
Does Missha test on animals?
Missha says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Missha says it doesn't conduct animal testing, and that it is strictly against animal testing for product development.
What that means: Missha isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
