Says it's cruelty-free. Not certified yet.
Original Source's own site says it doesn't test on animals, that it is PETA approved and that its products carry the Vegan Society logo. PETA lists its owner, PZ Cussons, as cruelty-free, but that listing doesn't name Original Source, and I couldn't find it on Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International, so its cruelty-free status isn't verified.
Does Original Source test on animals?
Original Source says it doesn't test on animals, but it isn't certified, so nobody independent has checked. What it says is below.
What they say: Its own site says: "We don't test on animals."
What that means: Original Source isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA yet, so nobody independent has checked this. Plenty of honest brands haven't applied, and some products, like paper goods, don't fit the main schemes well. It's the brand's word, so the choice is yours.
