Cruelty-free, but its owner isn't.
PETA lists American Safety Razor, the company that made Personna razor blades, as cruelty-free, but PETA's page doesn't name Personna, and American Safety Razor has belonged to Edgewell since 2011. personna.com now redirects to Edgewell Custom Brands, and Edgewell's own policy says its products are tested on animals in markets where the law requires it. Owned by Edgewell Personal Care.
Does Personna test on animals?
Not itself, but its owner does. Personna is listed as cruelty-free, but Edgewell Personal Care tests on animals or sells where the law requires it.
