PETA lists Wibo as cruelty-free, but not as vegan. I couldn't find a vegan statement or a Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International certification on its own site. Independently owned by the Adamczak family, who founded it in Poland in 1989; the same company also owns Lovely.
