A brand can be cruelty-free while the company that owns it isn't, so I show both.
Regent is an investment company, not a manufacturer, so it has no overall animal testing status. Avon is certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International. What matters is each brand's own policy.
