Likely tests on animals (my judgement). AGE20'S isn't certified cruelty-free and has no animal testing statement I could find, but its owner Aekyung's own sustainability report says it sells AGE20'S in mainland China, online and in shops. China's rules can require animal testing for cosmetics sold there. In my view that makes it more likely than not that its products are tested on animals, so I list it as 'tests'. This is my judgement based on China's rules, not something the brand has said. One product, the Vegan Signature Essence Pact, is described as Vegan Society registered.

a vegan label here doesn't make it cruelty-free. AGE20'S isn't on the cruelty-free list because of the company's wider testing policy, not because of what's in any one product. Buying a vegan-labelled item from them still puts money behind a company that tests on animals elsewhere in its business.
