Tests on animals, or sells where it's required.
Dawn tests on animals where required. Its own page says Dawn doesn't test its products on animals, that Procter & Gamble stopped animal testing for consumer products unless required by law, and that some cleaning ingredients may face regulator testing requirements. It isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA, and I couldn't find a vegan claim. This is the US dish soap, not the UK P&G brand Fairy.
