Tests on animals, or sells where it's required.
Likely tests on animals (my judgement). Diptyque isn't certified cruelty-free and has no animal testing statement I could find, but its own store finder lists boutiques in mainland China (e.g. Shanghai) selling its perfumes and bath & body products. China's rules can require animal testing for cosmetics sold there. In my view that makes it more likely than not that its products are tested on animals, so I list it as 'tests'. This is my judgement based on China's rules, not something the brand has said.
