Tests on animals, or sells where it's required.
Dylon is one of Henkel's laundry and home care brands, according to Henkel's own UK consumer brands site. Henkel says it doesn't test its detergents and cleaning products on animals or ask others to, but that animal testing is still mandatory for registration in some countries, and it commissions testing of an ingredient where the law specifically requires it. I couldn't find an animal testing policy for Dylon itself, and it isn't certified by Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free International or PETA.
