Tests on animals, or sells where it's required.
Likely tests on animals (my judgement). Judydoll isn't certified cruelty-free and has no animal testing statement I could find, but its own store page says it has '100+ boutiques across China'. China's rules can require animal testing for cosmetics sold there. In my view that makes it more likely than not that its products are tested on animals, so I list it as 'tests'. This is my judgement based on China's rules, not something the brand has said.
